These terms and conditions shall apply to all Advertisements submitted to and accepted by ADSBHARATH.COM. An Advertisement submitted to ADSBHARATH.COM shall not be deemed to have been accepted unless and until either confirmed in writing by ADSBHARATH.COM or the campaign commences and the first Advertisement appears in the relevant Journal, E-Mail Campaign or Internet Site. By submitting an Advertisement to ADSBHARATH.COM the Customer / Client agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions as principal, even if it is acting as agent or buyer for the actual advertiser.

3. Advertisement" / Ad / Advt. means an advertisement published, reproduced or inserted in or on any Journal, E-Mail Campaign or Internet Site pursuant to an Advertisement Order
→ selling & buying through ADSBHARATH.COM is available only to individuals who confirm to all
the valid and legal requirements to enter into a valid contract enforceable under the law.
→ ADSBHARATH.COM can right to Amend/ Modify the Terms & Conditions of this Contract
at any time without any prior notice / information.
→ All the concerned advertisements are accepted in good faith and ADSBHARATH.COM accepts no
responsibility whatsoever regarding the bonafides of the Advertisers, nor can any interviews be granted or correspondence entered regarding any advertisement published.
→ Under no circumstances will ADSBHARATH.COM be liable for any loss to the advertiser for any
error on part of the concerned advt. publication. Cancellations and modifications will be accepted only in writing given to ADSBHARATH.COM with at least 10 days prior notice/ information.
→ Payment Mode : Customer / Client can pay amount through Paypal / Net Banking /
Payment Gateway / offline , After submitting the payment only concerned ad/
Advertisement will be published.
→ All Advertising orders and correspondence relating to any Advertising Order should be addressed to
ADSBHARATH.COM , O/o Rotonics Technologies Private Limited, NDC Campus, Secunderabad
- 500 025, Andhra Pradesh, India or info@adsbharath.com / info@rotonicstech.com.
→ If the Customer/ end client fails to provide such details by such date then ADSBHARATH.COM does
Not guarantee to fulfill its obligations under the Advertisement Order and accepts no liability for a failure to do so.
→ If the Customer raised any query ADSBHARATH.COM will give/ solve reply with in 15 days time,
But customer / client has to provide proper email id or proper communication address.
→ That all disputes arising out of this agreement or in respect of the scope, interpretation, or rights
or obligations of any of the parties the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hon’ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
